The guarantee applies to your first ICM purchase, whether monthly or prepaid quarterly. We start with a seven-post taste batch. If you are dissatisfied, send specific feedback within 48 actual elapsed hours after our review email is sent and the batch is accessible. You must allow one feedback-driven revision within your original brief. If you approve zero to three posts after that revision and request a refund within the final 48-hour review period, we refund the full initial payment, including the full quarterly payment or monthly setup fee.
